Thank you for your interest in publishing with Pilot Publishing Group. We are currently accepting manuscripts for fiction novels in all of the written genres. We encourage you to be creative and take a chance and submit your professional quality manuscript by following the guidelines that are listed below.


Submissions must include Name, Email Address, Postal Mailing Address, and Telephone Number (inside the email for electronic files) and on the title page of the manuscript. (If you have an alternate permanent email address, please include it, in case your primary account goes out of service.)

Synopsis, bio and the first four chapters of manuscripts are required. Completed manuscripts are welcome and should not be submitted under 60,000 words. However, if your novel is really wonderful send it along regardless of length.

**At this time, Pilot isn't accepting poetry books or books of short stories**



SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

HARDCOPY & ELECTRONIC
  • Style: Basic is normally better (neat and clearly typed)
  • Heading: Title, Author's Name & Page number at the top of each page is mandatory.
  • Font: Times Roman, Courier, etc; 12-point or greater. Avoid non-standard fonts.
  • Format: Double spaced, indenting at the beginning of each paragraph. Center chapter headers & Scene break indicators (###, ***, etc); If something needs special formatting—e.g., small caps for a certain dialog—Please explain.

Attach the manuscript as a PDF or word file. Any other format will not be considered. (if you do not have PDF creation software, you can convert your files for free here).  Send the manuscript as a single file.  Do not break it into separate chapter files.  Include in the subject box the manuscript title & author's name.
